Refund & returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item should be in resellable condition with its original box.

Email support@velmora.store with your order number and reason. We reply with return instructions within one business day.

Once your return is received and checked, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Banks usually show it within 5–10 business days.

If your dragon arrives damaged or stops working within the 12-month warranty, send us a photo and we will replace it free of charge — no return shipping needed.

Want the other flame colour or a different size? Tell us when you start the return and we will swap it instead of refunding.
