Shipping policy

Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase on business days. Orders placed at the weekend leave on the next working day.

Typical delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote regions and customs checks can add a few days.

As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier you receive a tracking link by email. If tracking has not updated after 5 business days, contact us and we will chase it.

Import duties or taxes, where they apply, are set by your local authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email support@velmora.store within 30 days of the delivery estimate and we will replace it or refund you in full.
